This medication temporarily alleviates pain, itching, swelling, and bleeding caused by anal fissures and hemorrhoids, and also provides disinfecting effects to prevent infection. It is recommended for those who wish to improve such uncomfortable symptoms.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For application: apply directly to the affected area up to 3 times a day. For insertion: insert 2g rectally up to 3 times a day. For rectal application, attach the applicator to the tube and insert it rectally.

Precautions

This medicine should not be used by patients with urinary difficulties due to heart disease, hypertension, thyroid disease, diabetes, and prostatic hyperplasia. Do not take or use certain medications like suppositories or ointments that contain dl-methyl ephedrine hydrochloride, scopolamine extract, and glycyrrhizin while using this medicine. It is also advisable not to take medications that lower blood pressure or antidepressants together. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as patients currently receiving treatment from a physician, must consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before using this medicine. If irritation occurs with redness, swelling, or discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If allergic symptoms such as rash, itching, or redness appear, stop use immediately and seek medical attention, as severe cases may result in life-threatening anaphylactic shock. If symptoms do not improve after using for about seven days, it is necessary to stop use and consult a doctor. The use of this medicine should be stopped immediately if there is bleeding. This medication should be used strictly according to the prescribed dosage and instructions and should not be used in children. It should only be applied to the anal area, and should never be used in the eyes. During storage, keep it out of the reach of children and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly sealed. Finally, to prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medicine, do not transfer it to another container.
