In particular, vitamin A helps alleviate dry eyes and improves night blindness, while vitamin D promotes normal development of bones and teeth and is effective in preventing rickets. These vitamins contribute to increased vitality and improved bodily functions, widely used for maintaining health.

How to take

Adult dose

Children over 8 years and adults: 2 tablets per dose, 3 times a day. Dissolve in the mouth or chew after meals.

Child dose

Ages 36 months to under 8 years: 1 tablet per dose, 3 times a day. Dissolve in the mouth or chew after meals.

Precautions

This medication should be used with caution in women within the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant if vitamin A is administered at 5,000 I.U or more, as it may pose a risk of congenital malformations to the fetus. The artificial sweetener aspartame contained in this drug is broken down into phenylalanine in the body, and should not be used by patients with a genetic disorder known as phenylketonuria. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis which is an unknown cause systemic inflammatory disease, kidney disease, kidney stones, severe renal failure, as well as those with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders should not take this medication. During treatment with this drug, it is advised not to take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa concurrently. Children under 1 year old, patients under medical treatment, children exposed to a lot of sunlight, patients with oxalate nephropathy, pregnant or breastfeeding women, patients with heart or circulatory diseases, patients with kidney disorders, patients with hypoproteinemia, patients taking cardiac glycosides, and those with a history of gout or kidney stones should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin itching, skin rash, irregular heartbeat, diarrhea, or hypotension occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Additionally, long-term high-dose use may result in side effects such as nerve damage, blood abnormalities, peptic ulcers, liver damage, and an increased risk of hypercalcemia and osteoporosis, thus caution is required. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and method, and when administering to children, it should be done under the supervision of a guardian. Vitamin A can be sufficiently supplied through a normal diet, so when used as a supplement, it is advised not to exceed 5,000 I.U per day. This medication may affect urine test results, and it is best to avoid drinking tea containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, during or before taking the medication. When storing it, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store it in a cool, dry place. Also, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, do not transfer it to other containers.

Nausea, vomiting, itching, dry and rough skin, painful joint swelling, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, constipation, rash, redness, loose stool, hypotension, facial flushing, irregular heart rhythm, skin rash, red spots, inadequate contraction (cardiac arrest), central nervous system dysfunction, menstruation may become earlier or the amount may gradually increase, and bleeding may persist for a long time, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms, hematological adverse reactions.

Storage

This medication is sensitive to light, so it should be stored in a container that does not allow light to enter. Additionally, it should be stored at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius to maintain its efficacy and safety.
