This medication supports health by supplementing vitamin E necessary for the elderly. Additionally, it helps alleviate symptoms such as stiffness in the shoulders and neck, tingling in the hands and feet, and cold extremities, which can occur due to peripheral vascular disorders or during menopause. It is also used to improve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 12 and older should take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to it or any of its ingredients. It is also not safe for babies under 12 months or patients with severe renal dysfunction. People who are allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. While taking this medication, it is recommended not to take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids together. Individuals receiving treatment from a doctor, pregnant or breastfeeding women, patients with heart or circulatory diseases, and those with kidney disorders must consult a professional before taking this medication. Moreover, patients with low protein levels or abnormalities in fat metabolism must be cautious, and those allergic to the yellow dye No. 5 should also take this medication with care.
