Relief of excess stomach acid and heartburn
It is used to relieve gastrointestinal symptoms such as excess stomach acid, heartburn, and belching.
For individuals over 16 years old, take 1 tablet (10 mg) per dose, up to 2 tablets (20 mg) per day.
This medication should not be taken by individuals who have had an allergic reaction to this medication's ingredients or similar drugs. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic disorder that prevents lactose digestion should not use it. Individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should also refrain from using this medication. Those who have difficulty swallowing food, experience pain while swallowing, or have symptoms such as vomiting blood or blood in stools should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. If heartburn symptoms persist for more than 3 months, it is important to consult a professional. Caution is necessary if symptoms such as dizziness, drowsiness, or cold sweats occur. Consult a doctor if there is shortness of breath, chest or shoulder pain, or frequent chest pain. If there are sudden weight loss, nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain, seek advice from a professional before taking this medication. Individuals taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or with a history of drug allergies should exercise caution. Patients with kidney or liver issues should consult a doctor, as taking this medication could lead to changes in blood concentration or worsening symptoms. Patients with heart disease should also consult a professional before taking this medication, and elderly individuals should exercise caution. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as those who are breastfeeding, should consult a healthcare provider before taking this medication, as its safety has not been fully established. If taking medications such as certain antifungals or some anticancer drugs, inform the doctor or pharmacist, as this medication may affect the efficacy of those drugs. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders or related conditions should regularly monitor blood lipid levels when taking this medication. If symptoms do not improve or worsen while taking this medication, stop immediately and consult medical personnel. It is advised not to take this medication for more than 14 days continuously.
