Pain relief from peripheral circulation disorders (shoulder stiffness, cold limbs) and neuralgia.
This medication is used for physical fatigue, decreased physical strength during pregnancy and lactation, recovery after illness, and in old age. It helps alleviate peripheral circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms (shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness and coldness in the hands and feet). It is effective for various symptoms such as neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, beriberi, and eye fatigue. It is also used for the relief of various skin and mucosal inflammations such as stomatitis, cheilitis, oral mucositis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Moreover, it aids in treating muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Overall, this medication is used to improve bodily functions and skin health.
For individuals aged 12 and older: Take 1 capsule twice daily.
This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic or sensitive to specific ingredients. Particularly, infants under 12 months, patients with severe renal failure, and individuals with soybean oil or peanut allergies should avoid it. Patients with disorders related to fat metabolism, hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should use this medication cautiously. Individuals allergic to the dyes contained in this medication should also be careful. It is advisable not to take this medication along with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. Women currently undergoing treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding, patients with heart or kidney problems, or patients with hypoproteinemia should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, rash, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, or neurological symptoms occur during use, discontinue and consult a doctor or pharmacist immediately. Additionally, attention should be given if menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding occurs. Women taking vitamin E or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thromboembolism may increase. High doses of vitamin B12 or pyridoxine taken over long periods may also lead to neurological or hematological adverse reactions. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, or cardiac issues may occur, and caution is needed when taken alongside certain diuretics due to the risk of hyperkalemia. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly monitor blood glucose and lipid levels and adjust dosages accordingly. When using other lipid injections, consider the lipid content. When taking medications, the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines should be strictly followed, as this medication may change urine color to yellow and affect test results. Beverages containing tannins, such as green or black tea, should be avoided before and after use. Store in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture, and keep at a safe temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid direct sunlight or extreme temperatures and place it in an appropriate location.
Cardiac arrest (heart failure)
Gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, redness (erythema), nausea, vomiting, loose stools, red spots, early menstruation, prolonged bleeding, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms, hematological adverse reactions, gastrointestinal symptoms such as vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, edema (swelling), abnormal blood glucose and lipid levels, yellowing of urine.
