Precautions

This drug should not be administered to patients with bleeding, as it may exacerbate bleeding. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should avoid using this drug, as it may pose risks to the fetus. Since it contains lactose, patients with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders should not take it. Caution should be exercised for patients who are menstruating or have a tendency to bleed, as this may increase the risk of bleeding. Patients taking anticoagulants or platelet aggregation inhibitors should use this drug cautiously, as the risk of bleeding may increase. Patients with severe renal impairment may be affected by the drug's excretion, requiring caution. Elderly patients may have reduced renal and hepatic function, resulting in prolonged retention of the drug in the body, so starting at a lower dose and monitoring the condition is necessary. If any bleeding, liver function abnormalities, blood anomalies, etc. occur during drug treatment, administration should be discontinued immediately and medical consultation should be sought. It is recommended to have regular blood tests during the use of this drug to detect adverse reactions early. If used in conjunction with anticoagulants or platelet aggregation inhibitors, the risk of bleeding may increase, so consultation with a physician is advisable. Nursing mothers should avoid using this drug if possible, as it may be secreted in breast milk, or discontinue breastfeeding. The safety of this drug has not been confirmed in children, so it is preferable not to use it in children. This drug should be stored out of reach of children, and transferring it to another container should be avoided.
