In cases where cilostazol monotherapy is not sufficiently effective, combination therapy using cilostazol and ginkgo biloba extract may be considered. This treatment can help improve ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and coldness associated with chronic arterial occlusive disease. Furthermore, it may also inhibit the recurrence of cerebral infarction, positively affecting symptom management for patients. Therefore, this combination therapy is useful in preventing peripheral vascular diseases and cerebrovascular recurrences.
