This medication is used for patients who need to take both Telmisartan and Rosuvastatin simultaneously. Telmisartan helps to treat hypertension and reduce the risk of death from cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction and stroke. It is particularly effective for patients with coronary artery disease, peripheral artery disease, previous stroke history, or high-risk diabetes. Rosuvastatin is used to treat hypercholesterolemia and various lipid disorders, helping to slow the progression of atherosclerosis and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. It contributes to cardiovascular health by lowering the risk of myocardial infarction and stroke. This combination of the two medications is used for the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
