People with lactose intolerance or specific genetic issues should not take this medicine, as it contains lactose which may cause adverse reactions. It is advisable to avoid taking with other laxatives, as side effects may intensify. Patients with hypertension, heart or kidney diseases, and edema, as well as the elderly, should consult an expert before taking this medicine, as the effects may be more pronounced due to menstrual dysfunction or existing conditions.
