Sensemin Tablets (Diosmin)

Adult dosage

Venous insufficiency: Take 600mg of diosmin once daily with a meal. Hemorrhoids: Take 600mg of diosmin 2 ~ 3 times daily (1,200~1,800mg) with meals.

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have an allergic reaction to its ingredients. Additionally, it is recommended that nursing women do not use this medication. Pregnant women should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication and should use it only when necessary. While taking this medication, gastrointestinal disturbances may occur, but in most cases, discontinuation of treatment is not required. However, if symptoms are severe or unusual reactions occur, one should stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Even with this medication, it may be necessary to treat other anal disorders; thus, it does not replace special treatments. Long-term use of this medication should be avoided, and if symptoms do not improve, professional examinations and reconsideration of treatment methods should be conducted. This medication should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children and should be kept sealed in its original container. Transferring it to another container may compromise the quality of the medication or increase the risk of incorrect use.
