View approved original text

This medication assists in lowering total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, Apo-B protein, and triglyceride levels in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia and mixed dyslipidemia as an adjunct to diet therapy. It also works to increase HDL cholesterol, the good cholesterol. Through this, the medication effectively controls blood lipid levels and helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Thus, this drug plays an important role in managing dyslipidemia and contributes to maintaining healthy blood vessels.
