This drug is used to improve ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and cold sensitivity associated with chronic arterial occlusive disease. How to take

Adult dose

For Sildenafil, the usual adult dose is 200mg taken orally once a day. This drug is taken on an empty stomach, avoiding meals.

Precautions

This drug may increase heart rate, so caution should be exercised for symptoms of angina such as chest pain. It should not be administered to patients at high risk of bleeding or those who have had recent bleeding disorders, congestive heart failure patients, patients with allergic reactions to this drug, and pregnant or nursing women. Patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents, women during menstruation, patients with coronary artery stenosis, severe renal or liver failure patients, diabetic patients, hypertensive patients, and those with cardiac arrhythmias should use this drug cautiously.
