The vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this drug are helpful in various situations such as physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, decline in physical strength during or after illness, and old age. In particular, it is effective in alleviating symptoms like stiffness in the shoulders and neck, numbness and coldness in the hands and feet during menopause as well as peripheral circulation disorders. It is also used for relief of various symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, inflammation around the mouth, and dermatitis. It helps with fatigue of the eyes and is used to improve muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. This drug is very beneficial for overall improvement of physical strength and symptom relief.

How to take

Adult dose

For ages 12 and above and adults: take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This drug should not be taken by those who have allergic reactions to this drug itself or any of its components. Additionally, it should be avoided by infants under 12 months old, patients with severe kidney dysfunction, and individuals allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts. Patients with disorders in fat metabolism or diseases like pancreatitis should take this drug with caution, and attention is needed if allergic to yellow No. 5 dye found in this drug. During the course of taking this drug, one should not combine it with certain medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Women who are undergoing treatment, pregnant or possibly pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, patients with heart or circulatory issues, renal disease patients, and those with hypoalbuminemia should consult with an expert before taking this drug. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, red spots, abnormal heart rate, or central nervous system dysfunction occur, discontinue use immediately and consult with a specialist. Care must be taken as the menstrual cycle may be shortened or bleeding may persist, and when taking certain contraceptives or at risk for thrombosis, the risk of thrombosis may increase. Moreover, high-dose, long-term use of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) can lead to nerve damage, and excessive intake of vitamin B12 can lead to blood disorders, so caution is necessary. Overdose may lead to symptoms like nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, edema, etc. Be cautious as there is a risk of hyperkalemia when taken with certain diuretics. If symptoms do not improve after taking it for more than one month, it is advisable to consult with a specialist. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check blood glucose and lipid levels and adjust the dosage if necessary. This drug must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and the urine may turn yellow, which could affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages like green tea or black tea before and after taking this drug. Finally, this drug should be kept out of reach of children, stored away from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place. Additionally, it is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain its quality.
