Adult dose

Adults: Take 360 mg of grape leaf dry extract once daily with water before breakfast.

This medicine should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medicine or its components. Additionally, children and adolescents should not take this medicine. Persons with glucose-galactose malabsorption should avoid taking this capsule form of the medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this medicine, as adequate safety studies on pregnant women have not been conducted. Breastfeeding women are also advised to avoid taking this medicine, as it is unknown whether it is transferred to breast milk. Women who could become pregnant should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medicine. This medicine contains color additives Red 40 and Yellow 203, so caution is necessary for those allergic or hypersensitive to these components. If symptoms such as hives, itching, skin rash, sensitivity to sunlight, or eczema appear during use, the medication should be discontinued immediately and medical advice should be sought. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, and diarrhea, as well as rare headaches, may occur, so one should consult a physician if these symptoms arise. If sudden pain, swelling, skin discoloration, tension, or warmth in one leg occurs, it may indicate serious thrombosis, therefore emergency medical attention should be sought. If symptoms do not improve after six weeks of use, the medication should be discontinued, and medical advice should be sought as there may be other causes. There has been no study on the effects of this medicine on driving or operating machinery, so caution is advised. Although serious side effects have not been reported with overdose, it is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage. Treatments such as wearing leg bandages or compression stockings recommended by a physician, and rinsing with cold water, should continue regardless of this medicine use. This medicine should be kept out of the reach of children, stored away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. Transferring the medicine from its original container to another can pose a risk of misuse and deteriorate the quality of the medication, so it must be stored in its original container and sealed properly.
