Precautions

This medication must be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol a day, as it may cause gastrointestinal bleeding. Individuals with cardiovascular diseases or those with hypertension, heart failure, ischemic heart disease, peripheral artery disease, and cerebrovascular diseases should use this medication cautiously. It is especially advisable to avoid high doses of over 2400mg per day, as high-dose use may increase the risk of arterial thrombosis such as myocardial infarction or stroke. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or have hypersensitivity to this or similar ingredients should not take it. Additionally, it is safe to avoid this medication for those who have a history of asthma or infants under three months of age. It is important not to take other antipyretic analgesics, cold medications, or sedatives concurrently while using this medication. Infants infected with varicella or influenza, children under 15 years of age, those with drug allergy tendencies, liver diseases, kidney diseases, thyroid diseases, diabetes, hypertension, the elderly, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Particularly, individuals with symptoms of heartburn, stomach pain, gastric ulcers, bleeding issues, or severe dehydration from vomiting and diarrhea, as well as those taking diuretics, should exercise caution. Patients taking low-dose aspirin should consult a doctor, as this medication may reduce the efficacy of aspirin and increase the risk of gastrointestinal side effects. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, stomach pain, dizziness, or swelling occur while taking this medication, immediately discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Serious side effects such as anaphylactic shock, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and exacerbation of asthma may rarely occur, so caution is warranted. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor. This medication is not to be used in children under 2 years of age and should only be used if absolutely necessary with a doctor's examination. While taking this medication, adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, do not use it over an extended period, and avoid alcohol consumption during treatment.
