This medication is used to relieve digestive symptoms such as excessive stomach acid, heartburn, and dyspepsia caused by overly secreted stomach acid.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 16 and above, 1 tablet (10mg) per dose, up to 2 tablets (20mg) per day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to certain ingredients or who have experienced hypersensitivity reactions to similar medications. It also contains lactose, so it should not be taken if there is lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic disorders. If you have difficulty swallowing food or symptoms such as hematemesis or melena, you must consult a doctor or pharmacist. If heartburn persists for more than 3 months, or if symptoms such as dizziness, cold sweat, or chest pain occur, you should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Individuals with poor kidney or liver function, those with heart diseases, the elderly, and pregnant or breastfeeding women must also consult a professional before taking this medication. If taking other medications, it is important to discuss any potential interactions with a healthcare provider. If symptoms worsen or adverse reactions occur while taking this medication, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a medical professional. This medication should not be taken continuously for more than 14 days, and if any sensitivity reactions, skin rashes, liver function abnormalities, muscle pain, or heart abnormalities occur, you should discontinue use. This medication can mask symptoms of stomach cancer, so it should only be used for short-term relief of symptoms. Do not take it with alcohol, and consult a professional if you experience any abnormalities after taking it. Patients on dialysis should be cautious when using this medication with certain other drugs. Keep out of reach of children and store in the original container to prevent misuse and deterioration of quality.
