This medication is used for the prevention and treatment of vitamin B1 deficiency. It is also used when the demand for vitamin B1 increases and is insufficient from food intake, such as in pregnant women, nursing mothers, patients with hyperthyroidism, or during intense physical labor. It is applied to neurological and cardiac conditions such as Wernicke's encephalopathy and beriberi heart disease. Additionally, it helps with various symptoms suspected to arise from vitamin B1 deficiency or metabolic abnormalities, including neuralgia, peripheral neuritis, myalgia, arthralgia, myocardial metabolic disorders, and gastrointestinal motility disorders. However, it is important not to use this for more than one month without purpose if there is no effect. This medicine improves vitamin B1 deficiency and related symptoms.
