This medicine helps supply Vitamin E, B1, B2, and B6, aiding in the recovery from physical fatigue as well as maintaining health during pregnancy, nursing, and after illness. It is also effective in alleviating peripheral vascular disorders and menopausal symptoms, improving shoulder and neck stiffness, and numbness and cold sensations in the extremities. Additionally, it helps relieve neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, and various symptoms of stomatitis and dermatitis. It is effective for beriberi, eye fatigue, and muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Overall, this medicine plays a good role in recovering overall body fatigue and relieving pain.

How to take

Adult dose

For persons aged 12 and over and adults: Take 1 capsule, twice daily.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals who have had allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to certain ingredients. In particular, infants under 12 months, patients with severe renal dysfunction, and those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should avoid taking it. Patients with metabolic disorders in fatty metabolism, hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, and pancreatitis should use this medicine cautiously. Additionally, caution is required if allergic reactions are observed with the Yellow No. 5 dye included in this medicine. It is advisable not to take this medicine concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and drugs such as levodopa. Women receiving medical treatment, pregnant, or potentially pregnant, nursing women, premature infants, infants, patients with heart or circulatory system diseases, patients with renal dysfunction, and patients with hypoproteinemia should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medicine. If gastrointestinal discomfort, skin rashes, irregular heartbeats, or symptoms of central nervous system abnormalities occur while taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Additionally, if menstrual irregularities or excessive bleeding occur, caution is recommended. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase when taking Vitamin E together. High doses of pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) taken long-term may cause symptoms of nerve damage, and patients with folate deficiency may experience blood abnormalities when taking high doses of Vitamin B12. Overdosage may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart failure, so caution is necessary. There is a risk of hyperkalemia when used with certain diuretics. If symptoms do not improve after more than a month of taking the medicine, it is advisable to consult a professional. Patients at risk of fatty overload should regularly check blood sugar and lipid levels and adjust the dosage of this medicine accordingly, and consider adjusting the dosage when used with other lipid-lowering agents due to lipid content. This medicine must be taken according to the specified method and dosage, and it may cause urine to turn yellow, which can affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking the medicine. Store this medicine in an airtight container, out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place. Moreover, it should not be transferred to another container to prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medicine.
