Furthermore, patients who have had allergies to COX-2 inhibitors, sulfonamides, aspirin, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should avoid this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this medication due to the risk of miscarriage or premature birth associated with some of its herbal ingredients. This medication should be administered with caution to patients with a history of peptic ulcers or who are treated for cardiovascular disease, liver impairment, kidney impairment, bronchial asthma, or those taking psychiatric medications, as the safety and effectiveness of this medication have not been sufficiently verified in these patients. When taking this medication, gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as heartburn, dyspepsia, dry mouth, nausea, and diarrhea may occur. Edema symptoms such as swelling of the face or body have also been reported, so caution is needed for patients with fluid retention or heart failure. Symptoms such as abnormalities in blood tests, headache, upper respiratory infections, and blurred vision may also occur. During the use of this medication, it is important to monitor carefully for signs of gastrointestinal bleeding, cardiovascular abnormalities, or liver or kidney dysfunction. Especially for individuals who frequently consume alcohol, the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding may be higher, so extra caution is advised. This medication has little experience used in combination with other anti-inflammatory drugs or corticosteroids, hence caution is needed when used together. Side effects such as dizziness or drowsiness may occur, so it is advisable to avoid hazardous activities like driving or operating machinery. Some of the herbal ingredients in this medication may cause gastrointestinal disturbances or skin rashes, therefore patients should consult experts before use, and should discontinue and seek advice immediately if symptoms occur. It is advisable for pregnant or nursing women, children, and adolescents to avoid use, as safety and effectiveness have not been confirmed. The elderly should also use the medication with care due to the increased likelihood of adverse reactions, ensuring to monitor their condition well.
