Mycidil Capsule

Adult dose

Adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily after meals.

Child dose

Children aged 12 and older take 1 capsule once daily, 1 to 2 times after meals.

This medicine should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this drug or any of its components. Also, it is safer for children under 12 years not to use this medicine. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as nursing mothers, must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. This medicine contains a pigment called Yellow No. 5, so those with a history of allergy to this ingredient or who show hypersensitivity should take caution. If you experience stomach discomfort, vomiting, sweating, rapid heartbeat, itching, hives, headache, dizziness, or flushing while taking this medicine, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. If unwanted hair growth occurs in areas other than the head, or if symptoms do not improve after consistent use for 3 to 4 months, stop taking this medicine and consult with a doctor. Caution is required when using this medicine with sulfonamide preparations, and it is not recommended for hair loss due to scarring or male-pattern baldness. Diabetes patients can take this medicine, but the treatment period is usually considered to be around 3 to 6 months. Do not take medication that has expired, and store it in a safe place out of reach of children. Also, transferring the medicine from its original container to another container can lead to decreased quality or misuse; therefore, it must be stored in its original container and sealed.
