This medicine is used for patients who need to take Telmisartan and Rosuvastatin simultaneously. Telmisartan treats hypertension and reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases, particularly helping to decrease the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and cardiovascular mortality in high-risk groups. Rosuvastatin controls hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia, slowing the progression of atherosclerosis and lowering the risk of cardiovascular diseases. The combination of these two drugs is effectively used to manage cardiovascular disease risk in patients with concomitant hypertension and hyperlipidemia.

It should not be used in women who are allergic to this drug or its components, are pregnant or potentially pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Patients with severely impaired liver or kidney function, specific liver diseases, or a history of muscle diseases should not take this medication.
