Used for neurological diseases arising from vitamin B1 and B6 deficiencies.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medicine or any of its ingredients. Additionally, this medication contains lactose, so individuals with galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or congenital disorders of glucose-galactose absorption should not use this medication. During the use of this medication, it should not be taken with levodopa as vitamin B6 contained in this medicine may reduce the effect of levodopa. Individuals receiving treatment from a doctor, pregnant, or nursing should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms do not improve after about a month of taking this medication, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist. Also, if symptoms of skin allergies such as hives, rashes, or itching occur, you should immediately stop taking the medication and consult a specialist. If symptoms like loss of appetite, abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea occur, you should stop taking and consult your doctor or pharmacist. High doses of vitamin B6 can cause nerve damage, and caution is needed as there is a risk of neuropathy if this medication is taken for more than 6 months. Serious side effects such as severe sedation, hypotension, and respiratory distress may occur if newborns or infants take this medication. In case of overdose, you should immediately consult a specialist. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and method, and prolonged use with certain medications, alcohol, or specific contraceptives may cause vitamin B6 deficiency, so caution should be exercised. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. It is also advisable not to transfer it to another container to maintain its quality.

  • Hives, chest tightness, difficulty breathing → severe allergic reaction
