This drug contains lactose, therefore it should not be used in patients with genetically determined lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Patients with thrombus, consumptive coagulopathy, or issues affecting important organs such as the liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, or blood should use this drug with caution. Patients with a history of drug allergies or allergy symptoms should also be cautious. Taking this medication may cause gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhea, vomiting, heartburn, and upper abdominal pain. Neurological symptoms such as dizziness and headache, as well as skin reactions such as rash and itching may also occur. Since liver function-related test values may temporarily rise, regular monitoring may be necessary. When taken with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, gastrointestinal side effects like abdominal bloating, heartburn, and diarrhea may occur more frequently. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should carefully consider the use of this medication, and caution is also necessary for nursing mothers as it is uncertain if this medication is excreted in breast milk. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medication for more than two weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Store out of reach of children, in a cool place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid transferring to another container as this may not maintain the quality.
