Relief of swelling (inflammation, trauma)
This medication helps relieve swelling or symptoms of inflammation. It is particularly effective in reducing swelling that occurs after trauma or surgery, aiding in recovery. Thus, it is used for alleviating swelling and inflammation.
Take 100 mg twice a day, as Bromelain. It should be taken 30 minutes before meals with water.
Children aged 12 years and older should take 100 mg twice a day, similar to adult dosage. It should be taken 30 minutes before meals with water.
This medication should not be taken by patients with severe blood coagulation disorders, such as those with hemophilia. Additionally, it is not safe for individuals suffering from severe liver disease or severe kidney disease, especially those on dialysis. Patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents should avoid this medication as it may increase the risk of bleeding. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should refrain from taking this medicine due to the insufficient verification of its safety. Children under the age of 12 should also not take this medication. If you are taking antibiotics, particularly tetracycline-class drugs, you must consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. This product contains the dye Yellow No. 5, so patients with allergies or hypersensitivity to this ingredient should use it with caution. If an allergic reaction occurs or if gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain or diarrhea develop while taking this medication, you should immediately stop taking it and consult a healthcare professional.
