Patients who are allergic to this medication's components or similar drug classes, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, individuals with serious kidney or liver diseases, those with a history of angioedema, or patients with severe heart valve diseases or in shock should avoid taking this medication. For patients with insufficient sodium or fluid levels in the body, hypotension may occur, so their condition should be carefully checked before taking this medication, and blood pressure should be monitored closely during treatment. For patients with heart failure or after myocardial infarction, there may be changes in renal function when taking this medication, requiring regular kidney function tests. Dizziness or fatigue may occur when driving or operating machinery, so caution is advised. There may be interactions when taken with certain other medications, so it is essential to inform healthcare personnel of any medications being taken. Elderly patients may take a similar dose to that of a general adult, but they should be monitored closely for side effects.
