This medication is used to relieve heartburn and discomfort in the upper abdomen caused by excessive stomach acid, bloating, dyspepsia that leads to fullness, nausea and vomiting symptoms, as well as abdominal pain and belching.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For individuals aged 15 and older, take 2 tablets per dose, 3 times daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with severely impaired kidney function or those undergoing dialysis. Additionally, children under 7 years of age should not take this medication. It is important not to take this medication concurrently with tetracycline antibiotics. Individuals with kidney issues or those taking other medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. If gastrointestinal symptoms such as constipation or diarrhea occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after about 2 weeks of use, the medication should be discontinued and consultation sought.
