Hives, severe swelling (edema), severe allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, respiratory distress, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), severe neurological symptoms (headache, seizure, confusion, visual disturbances, paralysis), significantly reduced urine output, severe systemic edema accompanied by elevated blood pressure, angioedema, hair loss, acute kidney failure, increased serum creatinine, autoimmune hepatitis, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, toxic epidermal necrolysis.

Mild side effects

Dizziness, headache, drowsiness, sensory disturbances, decreased libido, palpitations, cough, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, diarrhea, constipation, dry mouth, upper abdominal pain, rash, muscle tightness, limb pain, back pain, frequent urination, erectile dysfunction, peripheral edema, swelling, depression, fatigue, weakness, facial swelling, decreased potassium levels in the blood, increased serum creatinine, increased uric acid levels, elevated gamma-glutamyl transferase, and decrease in hemoglobin and hematocrit.
