This medication is effective for peptic ulcers such as gastric and duodenal ulcers, anastomotic ulcers, and upper gastrointestinal bleeding. It also treats bleeding caused by acute stress ulcers and hemorrhagic gastritis, and is used for gastroesophageal reflux disease and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Additionally, it improves gastric mucosal lesions such as erosion, bleeding, redness, and swelling caused by acute exacerbations of acute and chronic gastritis. This drug helps protect the gastric mucosa and relieve inflammation, thereby improving symptoms. Therefore, it is effectively used in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders.
