This medication is used to prevent and alleviate dizziness, vomiting, and headaches caused by motion sickness.

How to take

Adult dose

Aged 15 years and over: 1 dose 1 pouch (6mL) For prevention of motion sickness, take a dose 30 minutes before traveling. If additional doses are needed, take the dose at least 4 hours apart. Limit of 3 doses per day.

Child dose

Aged 11 years to under 15 years: 1 dose ⅔ pouch (4mL) Aged 7 years to under 11 years: 1 dose ½ pouch (3mL) Aged 3 years to under 7 years: 1 dose ⅓ pouch (2mL)

Precautions

This medication contains the artificial sweetener aspartame. Aspartame is broken down into phenylalanine in the body, so patients with the genetic disorder phenylketonuria should not take this medicine. The daily acceptable amount of aspartame is regulated to not exceed the WHO-recommended amount of 40mg per kg of body weight. For example, for a 60kg adult, the maximum daily dose is 2.4g. Additionally, it is advisable to avoid use of this medication in breastfeeding women and children under 3 years old. It is also safe to avoid taking this medication with other antiemetics, cold medications, antipyretics, antihistamines, sedatives, or expectorants during treatment. Anyone who has had allergic reactions to medications in the past, women who are pregnant or potentially pregnant, nursing mothers, patients with glaucoma or urination disorders, or those taking other medications, must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If skin rashes, redness, itching, or severe thirst occur while taking this medication, it is necessary to stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. When taking the medication, follow the prescribed dosage and instructions closely, and if administering to children, ensure supervision by a guardian. This medication may cause drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating dangerous machinery. If a pouch is shared, any remaining medication should be tightly closed and used within two days, and it is best not to consume alcohol while taking this medication. Finally, store this medication out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it sealed in a cool, dry place. It is also important not to transfer it to another container to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
