The vitamins E, B1, B2, B6 contained in this drug are needed during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, decreased physical strength during and after illness, and in old age. They also help alleviate symptoms such as shoulder stiffness, numbness in the limbs, and coldness of the extremities during peripheral circulatory disorders and menopause. It is effective for various symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It is also used to relieve eye fatigue and muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Overall, these vitamins enhance the body's vitality and improve various symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Aged 12 years and older, and adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This drug should not be taken by those who have allergies or hypersensitivity to this drug or any of its ingredients. Additionally, infants under 12 months old, patients with severe kidney failure, and those with allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should avoid taking this drug. Patients with lipid metabolism issues such as hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should take this drug with caution, and those allergic to Tartrazine should also be careful. It is recommended not to take this drug concurrently with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa. Women who are undergoing medical treatment or who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, children, patients with heart and circulatory diseases, kidney disorders, and hypoproteinemia should consult a specialist before taking this drug. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, red spots, nausea, vomiting, irregular heartbeats, or central nervous system dysfunction occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Furthermore, symptoms such as menstrual changes, increased bleeding, and increased risk of thrombosis may occur, so caution is needed. Long-term high-dose pyridoxine use may lead to neurological symptoms, and concomitant use of vitamin B12 and folic acid may cause hematological abnormalities. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, swelling, and congestive heart failure may appear, so caution is required, and there is a risk of hyperkalemia when taken with certain diuretics. If there is no improvement in symptoms after taking this drug for more than one month, it is advisable to consult a specialist. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check their blood sugar and lipid levels, and when using other lipid-injectable drugs, the lipid content contained in this drug should be considered for dosage adjustment. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration strictly, and urine color may change to yellow when taking this drug, which may affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins such as green tea or black tea during or immediately before and after taking this drug. This drug should be kept out of reach of children, stored away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. Additionally, to maintain quality, care should be taken not to transfer it to other containers.
