Treatment must be initiated by a physician experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's dementia and should only be started if a caregiver can regularly check the patient's medication intake. This medication can be taken regardless of food intake. Dosage increase: The maximum daily dose is 20mg, and to minimize the risk of adverse reactions, the dosage should be increased by 5mg weekly over the first 3 weeks. First week (Day 1-7): Administer 5mg daily for 7 days. Second week (Day 8-14): Administer 10mg daily (5mg twice a day) for 7 days. Third week (Day 15-21): Administer 15mg daily (10mg in the morning, 5mg in the evening) for 7 days. From the fourth week: Administer 20mg daily (10mg twice a day). How to take

Adult dose
