How to take

Adult dose

As trimebutine maleate, take 100-200mg orally three times a day before meals. Adjust dosage as appropriate based on age and symptoms.

Precautions

This medication can affect the digestive system and may rarely result in constipation, diarrhea, gas sounds in the abdomen, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, dry mouth, and a feeling of numbness in the mouth. Additionally, there is a possibility of experiencing palpitations, so caution is required. It can also affect the central nervous system, and rare side effects may include fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, lethargy, and headache. It may impact liver function, and there is a chance of increased liver enzyme levels, so it is recommended to check the state of liver health. Allergic reactions may cause skin rashes; if such symptoms occur, medication should be discontinued.
