View approved original text

In the treatment of idiopathic Parkinson's disease, dopamine agonists can be used alone initially, or in combination with dopamine agonists if necessary. Additionally, for patients with motor dyskinesia symptoms, which occur when the efficacy wanes, levodopa can be administered as an adjunct to control the symptoms. This helps to improve the patient's motor function and manage the symptoms effectively.
