This medication contains vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6, which help with physical fatigue or decline in physical strength during pregnancy, nursing, illness, or aging. It is also effective against peripheral circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms, reducing stiffness in the shoulders and neck, as well as tingling and coldness in the extremities. It aids in pain relief from neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, and is effective for oral inflammations such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. It is also useful for improving fatigue in the eyes. This medication is used for overall enhancement of physical strength and relief of various symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 years and older, take 1 capsule once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this drug or any of its ingredients. Additionally, infants under 12 months of age or those allergic to soybean oil, beans, or peanuts should also not take this medication. During the use of this medication, it is advisable not to concurrently take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and drugs like levodopa. Individuals receiving treatment from a doctor, pregnant or nursing women, individuals with heart or kidney issues, or those with low protein levels or fat metabolism abnormalities should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. This medication contains a dye called Yellow No. 5, and individuals allergic to this component should be cautious. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, or vomiting occurs during use, immediately stop taking this medication and consult a professional. Caution is also necessary as menstrual cycles may become shorter or bleeding may be prolonged. Those taking contraceptive pills that contain estrogen or individuals at risk for thrombosis may experience increased risk of thrombosis with vitamin E intake. Long-term high-dose pyridoxine use can cause nerve issues, so caution is warranted. High doses may cause peptic ulcers, blood sugar control issues, increased uric acid levels, or liver damage. Overdose may lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, or congestive heart failure, so care should be taken. Taking this alongside aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may increase the risk of elevated potassium levels in the blood, so caution is needed. If symptoms do not improve after about a month of taking this medication, consult a professional. Make sure to adhere to the prescribed dosage and method of administration, as this medication may turn urine yellow, affecting test results. It is best to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Patients with lipid metabolism abnormalities should regularly check blood lipid levels and adjust medication dosages accordingly. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place in a sealed container.
