Children's dosage
Safety and efficacy data for children under 12 years of age and adolescents aged 12-17 is insufficient, therefore administration is not recommended.

This medicine is used for the treatment of peripheral and central neuropathic pain in adults. It is also used as an adjunct for partial seizures in epilepsy patients, applicable whether secondary generalized symptoms are present or not. Additionally, it is effective in alleviating symptoms of fibromyalgia. It aids in managing various neurological disorders and pain, improving the patient's quality of life.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

This medicine, as Pregabalin, should be orally administered in divided doses twice daily without regard to meals. 1. Neuropathic Pain - Peripheral neuropathic pain: Starting dose of 150 mg per day, increase to 300 mg per day after 3 to 7 days, may further increase to a maximum of 600 mg per day at 7-day intervals if necessary. - Central neuropathic pain: Starting dose of 150 mg per day, increase to 300 mg per day after one week.

Children's dosage
