It is safest for children under 18, pregnant women after 5 months of pregnancy, and nursing mothers to avoid using this medication. Those with peptic ulcers should also avoid this medication as symptoms may worsen. During the use of this medication, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or medicines containing diclofenac should not be used in conjunction. It should not be used continuously for more than 2 weeks, and should never be applied to wounds, infected skin, around the eyes, or on mucosal areas. Using occlusive dressings without a doctor's guidance may be dangerous, so it is crucial to consult with a professional. Bronchial asthma patients or patients receiving treatment should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. In particular, during the third trimester of pregnancy, serious side effects may occur for the fetus and mother, hence it should be avoided, while in the first and second trimesters it should only be used minimally when necessary. Nursing mothers should avoid this medication as it can be passed through breast milk. Elderly individuals may be at higher risk of adverse reactions affecting the heart, stomach, and kidneys due to this medication, thus it should be used cautiously in smaller amounts. Rarely, allergic reactions or asthma attacks may occur, so if any unusual symptoms arise, consult healthcare professionals promptly. This medication is designed to relieve symptoms like pain and swelling, and is not a treatment for the underlying disease, so it should only be used when symptoms are present. This medication may affect kidney function, so patients taking diuretics should carefully monitor their kidney condition. The risk of gastrointestinal bleeding or ulceration may increase, so additional caution is warranted when using this medication with other drugs that pose bleeding risks.
