If pregnancy is confirmed, the medication should be discontinued as soon as possible, and caution is necessary for the health of the fetus and newborn. This medication is contraindicated in certain patients. For example, patients who are allergic to this medication or its components, those with severely impaired renal function, patients with severe liver dysfunction, pregnant women, and those with certain electrolyte abnormalities should not take this drug. Additionally, patients with low blood pressure, problems with renal arteries, a history of liver disease, hyperuricemia or gout, and elderly patients should exercise special caution when administering this medication. Dizziness, drowsiness, and other symptoms may occur during use, so care should be taken when driving or operating machinery. These symptoms may be exacerbated at the beginning of treatment or when changing dosages. This medication may interact with other drugs, so consultation with a doctor is necessary, especially when taken in conjunction with potassium-sparing diuretics, potassium supplements, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, lithium preparations, etc. It is also advisable to avoid grapefruit juice.
