The vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medicine are necessary for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, for recovery of strength during and after illness, and in older age. They also help alleviate symptoms such as stiffness and coldness in the shoulders and neck, and numbness in the hands and feet associated with peripheral circulation disorders and menopause. This medicine can also relieve various symptoms including neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It is effective for improving eye fatigue and beriberi symptoms as well. Additionally, it is used for muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. This medicine is effectively used for overall physical strength enhancement and relief of various pains.

How to take

Adult dose

For those 12 years and older: Take 1 capsule twice daily.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medicine or any of its ingredients. Infants under 12 months, patients with very poor kidney function, and those allergic to soybean oil or peanuts should also avoid taking it. While taking this medicine, do not combine it with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or medications such as levodopa. Patients currently undergoing treatment, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, and patients with heart or kidney issues should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash or redness, nausea, vomiting, irregular heartbeats, or central nervous system abnormalities occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, be aware that menstrual cycles may become shorter or bleeding may last longer; those taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or at risk for thrombosis may have an increased risk of thromboembolic events. Long-term high-dose use of vitamin B6 can lead to nerve damage, and excessive intake of vitamin B12 can cause blood abnormalities, so caution is advised. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart failure may occur, so consult a healthcare provider immediately. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it may cause urine to turn yellow, potentially affecting test results. It is advised to avoid consuming teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders should regularly check their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage of this medication, and should consider the lipid content of any concomitant lipid injections when adjusting dosages. This medicine should be stored out of reach of children, kept tightly closed and protected from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. For quality maintenance, it is important not to transfer to another container.

Drug interactions
