It is advisable to avoid using this medication on ulcers, severe burn, or frostbite areas as it may interfere with skin regeneration. This medication should also be avoided in cases of perioral dermatitis or rosacea. It should not be applied to the skin around the eyes, and caution should be exercised when using it on the eyelid skin due to the risk of increased intraocular pressure or glaucoma. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, as well as nursing mothers, should use this medication cautiously, and it is especially safe to avoid its use during early pregnancy. If skin irritation, rash, itching, erythema, or blistering occurs during use, immediately discontinue use and consult a physician. When this medication is used extensively or in conjunction with occlusive dressings, there may be suppression of pituitary and adrenal function, warranting regular monitoring. Contact with contraceptive latex products may degrade the quality of latex, so it is advisable to avoid such contact as much as possible. This medication is not for ophthalmic use and should be stored in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.
