This medication contains vitamins and zinc suitable for individuals experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, or when recovering from illness. Vitamin D helps improve poor bone and tooth growth and prevents rickets. Vitamin B1 is effective in alleviating neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Vitamins B2 and B6 are used to relieve symptoms such as inflammation of the lips or inside the mouth, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Additionally, zinc contributes to maintaining physical strength and enhancing immune function. Overall, this medication is effectively used for health recovery and symptom relief.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 and older: 1 tablet once a day after meals

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or renal disorders. Individuals allergic to this medication or its components should also avoid it. This medication should not be used by infants under 12 months old or patients with kidney stones. During the use of this medication, phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, antacids, and drugs such as levodopa should not be taken together. Patients under 1 year of age, those undergoing treatment, children exposed to direct sunlight while maintaining a normal diet, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant or breastfeeding women, premature infants, infants, patients with heart or circulatory issues, those with kidney impairment, patients with hypoproteinemia, or those with history of gout or kidney stones should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, constipation, skin rashes, hypotension, digestive disorders, or pulmonary edema occur while taking this medication, it should be immediately discontinued and an expert should be consulted. Additionally, if menstruation becomes frequent or heavy, discontinuation and consultation are necessary. Women taking estrogen-containing oral contraceptives or patients with thrombotic predispositions may have an increased risk of thrombosis when taking this medication. Long-term high-dose use can lead to tolerance, and certain vitamins can cause neuropathy or hematological abnormalities, so caution is needed. High-dose use may induce peptic ulcers, glucose intolerance, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. Caution should be exercised as overdose may lead to nausea, vomiting, edema, congestive heart failure, and high-potassium levels if taken with certain diuretics. If symptoms do not improve after taking for over a month, consult a specialist. This medication must be strictly used according to the prescribed dosage, and when administered to children, adult supervision is required. Additionally, this medication may affect blood glucose testing during urinalysis and could change urine color to yellow, potentially affecting test results. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, during and immediately before or after taking this medication. Store this medication in a tightly sealed container, protecting it from air and moisture. It is important to maintain a storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius.
