The recommended initial dose is 1 tablet, with subsequent doses spaced at least 12 hours apart, not to exceed 4 tablets daily. Precautions

This medication may pose a risk of liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks daily; consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is necessary. Acetaminophen, included in this medication, can rarely cause severe skin reactions; discontinue use immediately if skin rash or allergic symptoms occur. The main ingredient tramadol may increase the risk of seizures if the recommended dose is exceeded, especially when taken with certain antidepressants or other central nervous system drugs. Rarely, life-threatening anaphylactic reactions have been reported in patients taking this medication; seek medical care immediately if allergic symptoms develop. Administering this medication to patients with acute and severe asthma poses a risk of respiratory depression; it should only be given in a monitored medical environment. Combining this medication with alcohol or benzodiazepines can lead to severe drowsiness, respiratory depression, or coma, so co-administration should be avoided. Patients with elevated intracranial pressure or those who have suffered head injuries may experience a risk of increased brain pressure due to respiratory depression when using this medication, requiring caution. Tramadol may cause physical and psychological dependence; prolonged use should be monitored for dependence. Exceeding the recommended doses of acetaminophen can lead to serious liver damage; do not combine with other acetaminophen-containing products and consult a physician before use in patients with impaired liver function. Certain genetic factors may increase the risk of respiratory depression due to faster metabolism of this medication; individual caution is required. It is considered safe to avoid this medication in children under 12 years old or adolescents under 18 years old who have undergone tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Elderly patients or those at risk of hyponatremia should be carefully monitored for symptoms of hyponatremia during treatment with this medication. This medication should not be administered to persons with an allergy to its components, severe respiratory depression risk, altered consciousness due to head injuries, those on specific medications, patients with severe liver, kidney, or heart diseases, nursing mothers, children under 12 years old, or asthma patients. Using this medication in combination with other central nervous system depressants may cause severe sedation and respiratory depression; dosage should be reduced and patient status closely monitored. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should carefully consider the benefits and risks of this medication, and those who are nursing should avoid it as it may pass into breast milk and pose risks to the infant. Drowsiness and dizziness may occur when taking this medication, so caution is required when driving or operating machinery. Overdose may result in serious side effects such as respiratory depression and liver damage, so strictly adhere to the dosage and seek immediate medical attention in emergencies. Prolonged use may lead to tolerance and dependence; adjust the duration and dosage according to medical advice.
