Used for essential hypertension that is not adequately controlled by combination therapy of telmisartan and amlodipine.

How to take

Adult dose

Take one tablet once daily with water, regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time every day (e.g., in the morning). This medication 40/5/12.5 mg is administered to patients whose blood pressure is not controlled with telmisartan/amlodipine combination therapy, adjust the dose at intervals of over two weeks based on the patient's blood pressure response. The maximum recommended dose of this medication is 80/10/25 mg.

Precautions

This medication must not be used during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, as it can cause serious problems for the fetus or newborn. Patients who are allergic to any of the ingredients in this medication or similar medications, as well as those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have severe liver or kidney impairment, should not take this medication.
