This medication is used to relieve painful muscle spasms associated with musculoskeletal disorders. Typical conditions include cervical spondylosis, periarticular shoulder inflammation, and low back pain. It works effectively on these symptoms to help improve pain and muscle stiffness for patients.
This medication is a sustained-release tablet; it should be taken whole without grinding, splitting, or chewing. Adults: Take 1 tablet (75 mg of Eperisone Hydrochloride) orally twice daily after meals. Adjust dosage appropriately according to age and symptoms.
This medication should not be used in patients with known allergic reactions to this drug or those with myasthenia gravis. It should be used with caution in patients with a history of drug hypersensitivity or those with impaired liver function. If symptoms of an allergy, such as redness, itching, urticaria, swelling, or difficulty breathing occur during the use of this medication, use should be discontinued immediately and medical consultation should be sought. Rarely, symptoms of serious skin conditions such as toxic epidermal necrolysis or Stevens-Johnson syndrome may appear; therefore, symptoms such as fever, erythema, blisters, itching, eye redness, and mucositis should be closely monitored. Symptoms of abnormal liver function, kidney function, anemia, neurologic symptoms (insomnia, drowsiness, headache, etc.), gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, etc.), urinary symptoms (urinary retention, feeling of residual urine), and systemic symptoms (weakness, dizziness) may occur, so if any unusual symptoms arise, medical personnel should be notified immediately. During the use of this medication, weakness, staggering, or drowsiness may occur, so it's necessary to reduce or discontinue the drug dose if such symptoms appear. Since drowsiness or decreased attention may occur, it is advisable to avoid driving or operating dangerous machinery while taking this medication. Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant should only take this medication if the benefits outweigh the risks as its safety has not been established. Breastfeeding women are advised to avoid using this medication, and if necessary, to stop breastfeeding. Safety in children has not been fully established, so caution is required for use. Elderly patients may have decreased bodily functions, so caution should be taken in adjusting the drug dosage.

This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is advisable to maintain a storage temperature in the range of 1 to 30 degrees Celsius.
