Additionally, it is safe for children under 15 years of age and pregnant women in the third trimester to avoid using this medication. While using this drug, do not use the same ingredient or similar anti-inflammatory analgesics together, especially as combining them with other anti-inflammatories may worsen side effects. If you have bronchial asthma, inflammation accompanied by skin infections, are using this medication for a long time for chronic arthritis, are pregnant or nursing, or are elderly, you must consult a physician or pharmacist before use. If you experience serious skin reactions such as red spots, rashes, itching, blisters, or skin peeling during use, stop using it immediately and consult with medical personnel. This drug is a treatment that alleviates symptoms; it is not a medication that treats the underlying cause of inflammation. After using the drug for 2 weeks, it is necessary to reevaluate its effectiveness and side effects. Do not use it on areas with eyes or mucous membranes, wounds, or areas with eczema or rashes, and avoid using it with sealed bandages. If there is damage to the skin, be cautious as irritation or numbness may occur upon application. Also, there is a risk of seizures when used with certain antibiotics; thus, report any unusual symptoms to healthcare immediately. In cases of overdose, systemic side effects such as lowering of blood pressure, kidney dysfunction, seizures, gastrointestinal disturbances, and respiratory distress may occur, so caution is required. This drug can affect kidney function; thus, when used alongside diuretics or antihypertensives, careful monitoring of kidney status is necessary. Finally, this drug may cause serious gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers; therefore, special caution should be taken when taking it with medications that pose a bleeding risk.
