This medication contains vitamins D, B1, B6, and zinc. Vitamin D supports bone and dental health and is effective in preventing rickets. Additionally, vitamins B1 and B6 help alleviate symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. This medication can also be used to improve beriberi and eye fatigue. Zinc plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health, and this medication is used for health recovery and physical fitness enhancement.
How to take
Adult dose
Take 1 tablet once a day after meals.
Child dose
Children over 8 years old: Take 1 tablet once a day after meals.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, an unknown cause of systemic inflammatory disease, or by individuals with renal disease. Additionally, individuals who have an allergic reaction to this medication or any of its ingredients, infants under 12 months old, patients with kidney stones, and those exhibiting severe symptoms of kidney failure should not take this medication. While taking this medication, one should not concurrently take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and medications such as levodopa. Patients under one year of age, those currently receiving medical treatment, children receiving normal meals and sun exposure, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, infants, patients with cardiac or circulatory problems, patients with kidney disorders, patients with hypoproteinemia, and patients taking cardiac glycosides, and patients with a history of kidney stones should consult with a physician, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If during administration unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, irregular heartbeat, facial flushing, central nervous system suppression, gastrointestinal disturbances, loss of appetite, or edema appear, immediately stop taking the medication and consult a professional. Long-term intake of pyridoxine above 500 mg to 2 g daily may cause peripheral nervous system dysfunction, and patients lacking folic acid who take vitamin B12 above a certain dosage may experience hematological abnormalities, requiring caution. Additionally, overdose may present symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, while long-term use could result in hypercalcemia and the formation of stones. Caution should be exercised when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene due to the risk of hyperkalemia. Dosage and administration must be strictly followed, and when administered to children, supervision by an adult is required. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight and kept in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed. To maintain quality, it is important not to transfer the medication to another container.
