This medication contains vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc, which are helpful when experiencing physical fatigue or during pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness, or post-illness recovery when physical strength is diminished. It is also used to maintain the health of growing children and elderly individuals. This medication is effective for relief from pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and it helps with inflammatory conditions around the mouth like angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis. Additionally, it can be used for the prevention of beriberi and improvement of eye fatigue. The zinc component helps strengthen immunity, thereby contributing to overall health enhancement. This medication is used to improve various symptoms and conditions.
For individuals aged 8 and above, take 1-2 tablets once daily.
Dosage for children under 8 years is not specified separately.
This medication should not be taken by individuals with excessive calcium in the blood, systemic inflammatory diseases, or kidney diseases. Additionally, those with allergies to this medication or its components, infants under 12 months, and patients with kidney stones should not use it. Individuals with genetic lactose-related disorders should also avoid using this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication alongside phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. If unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rashes, or hair loss occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Women should be cautious if there are changes in menstruation or prolonged bleeding, especially if taking specific contraceptives, as the risk of thrombosis may increase. Long-term, high-dose use may develop tolerance and exhibit neurological abnormalities or hematological adverse reactions, so caution is advised. High doses may lead to side effects such as gastric ulcer, impaired blood sugar control, liver damage, and edema. When used with other medications, there is a risk of increased blood potassium levels. Seek immediate consultation with a healthcare professional if symptoms do not improve after overdose or usage for more than a month. This medication must be used according to the prescribed dosages, and should be administered to children under the supervision of an adult. Be advised that this medication may affect certain urinalysis results and may change the color of urine. It is recommended to avoid beverages that contain tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, and avoid direct sunlight. Additionally, to maintain quality, do not transfer to another container.
