Relief of itching and inflammation in corticosteroid-responsive skin diseases
This medication helps relieve itching and inflammation caused by corticosteroid-responsive skin diseases. It reduces the skin's inflammatory response, quickly improving symptoms and alleviating discomfort for the patient. It aids in improving the condition of the skin during use and contributes to maintaining healthy skin through continuous management. Due to these effects, it is widely used in the treatment of skin diseases.
Apply a thin layer to the affected area once a day and lightly massage until fully absorbed. Avoid occlusive dressings.
This medication should not be used in patients with specific skin infections. Symptoms may worsen if there is a bacterial, fungal, viral skin infection, or an infection due to animals. People allergic to this medication or its ingredients should also avoid use. It should be avoided in patients with eczematous otitis externa with a perforated eardrum, as healing may be delayed. It is not administered to patients with ulcers, severe burns, or frostbite, as skin regeneration may be hindered. This medication should also be avoided in patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, rosacea, and patients with anal and genital itching. It should not be given to children under 2 years old. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant and nursing mothers should use this medication with caution. Children and the elderly should also be cautious due to the risk of side effects. This medication contains an ingredient called propylene glycol, and those allergic to it should exercise care. During use, various skin reactions, such as skin infections, rashes, itching, and irritation may occur, so usage should be stopped immediately if symptoms arise. Prolonged use may lead to side effects such as thinning of the skin or expansion of blood vessels, so it may be necessary to gradually reduce the dosage or switch to a different medication. Extensive or prolonged use under occlusive dressings can lead to systemic side effects, suppressing pituitary and adrenal functions, so regular examinations are required. When used around the eyes, caution should be exercised for increased intraocular pressure or the risk of glaucoma, and if blurred vision or visual impairment occurs, an ophthalmologist should be consulted. It is generally not used for eczema or dermatitis accompanied by skin infections, but if it must be used, it should be combined with antibacterial or antifungal agents. It is advisable to discontinue use as soon as symptoms improve. For pregnant and nursing women, due to the lack of established safety of this medication, extensive or prolonged use should be avoided, and it should only be used when the therapeutic benefits outweigh the risks. In children, the risk of side effects is higher due to their larger body surface area relative to their weight, so it should not be used for more than 3 weeks. Diapered areas can have an occlusive dressing effect, so caution is needed. The elderly have a higher risk of side effects, so they should be especially cautious with extensive, prolonged, or high-dose use. This medication is not for ophthalmic use, and it should be avoided for purposes other than treatment, such as after makeup or shaving. Occlusive dressings should not be used without medical supervision, and the affected area should be cleaned before use to reduce the risk of infection. Store in a safe place out of reach of children.

Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
