This medication should not be taken by pregnant women, especially during the second and third trimesters, as it can cause serious harm to the fetus. Patients with severe liver or kidney impairment, specific genetic disorders, and a history of angioedema should not take this medication. Elderly individuals, patients with hyperkalemia, those with weakened liver function, and patients with valvular heart disease require special caution when taking this medication. While this drug is generally safe, rare side effects such as dizziness, muscle pain, cough, and dyspepsia may occur.
