Adult dose

For adults, take 1 bottle once, 1–2 times a day.

Child dose

For children aged 8–15, take 2/3 bottle once; for ages 5–7, 1/2 bottle once; for ages 2–4, 1/3 bottle once; for under 1 year, 1/4 bottle once, 1–2 times a day.
