Treatment of dermatophytosis and tinea versicolor, skin candidiasis.
This medication is used to treat skin fungal infections caused by various types of dermatophytes such as Trichophyton, Microsporum, and Epidermophyton, including athlete's foot, jock itch, and body ringworm. It is also effective against Pityrosporum orbiculare, which causes tinea versicolor. Additionally, it can be used for skin candidiasis, helping to improve fungal infections on the skin. It is utilized to alleviate symptoms of various skin fungal infections and contributes to the recovery of healthy skin.
Apply 1 time or 2 times a day depending on the indication. Prior to application, wash the affected area clean and let it dry completely, then apply a sufficient amount to thoroughly moisten the affected area and its surroundings. Treatment duration: 1. Athlete's foot, jock itch (ringworm), body ringworm: once a day for 1 week. 2. Tinea versicolor: twice a day for 1 week. Relief of symptoms generally occurs within 2-3 days. To prevent recurrence of infection, use this medication for a proper period as indicated.
This medication is a topical solution containing terbinafine hydrochloride and is used for the treatment of skin fungal infections. It should not be used in patients who have had allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to terbinafine or any of the ingredients in this medication. It is not safe for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, and for nursing mothers to use this medication. Furthermore, it is advisable not to use this medication in children and minors due to insufficient evidence of safety and efficacy. During use, symptoms such as urticaria, redness, erythema, itching, irritation, contact dermatitis, skin peeling, prickling pain, and burning sensation may occur. If any of these symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist. If excessive irritation occurs or symptoms worsen, it is important to stop using the medication and consult a specialist. Unless instructed by a physician, do not cover or wrap the applied area with an occlusive bandage. If this medication is ineffective, confirm other causes of infection through fungal tests and receive appropriate treatment. Since it contains alcohol components like ethanol, skin irritation may occur, so caution is advised when using it on infants or mucosal areas. Special attention is needed when using it on broken skin, large areas, or in infants, as the medication may be absorbed into the body, leading to systemic effects. The safety of use during pregnancy has not been established; it should only be used when the benefits outweigh the risks. The components of this medication can be excreted in breast milk, so nursing mothers are advised to discontinue breastfeeding while using this medication. It is recommended not to use this medication in children due to insufficient evidence of safety and efficacy. If this medication is accidentally ingested, immediate appropriate emergency care such as gastric lavage should be sought. This medication is intended only for external use, and should not be applied to the eyes or mucosal areas. If it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water immediately. Avoid using it on nails, scalp, around the mouth, or vaginal areas. Use with caution on areas of skin that are cracked or sore.

This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture, so it should be stored in a sealed container. Additionally, it is best to store the medication at room temperature, neither too hot nor too cold, ideally between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius.
